Met Caroline, she is one of my favorite bloggers. You probably saw her pictures on tumblr, that’s how I actually found out about her. She may seem like a “normal person” but actually she is such an inspiration to me.
People don’t believe me that you can eat low carb and adopt that lifestyle? This girl is on LCHF diet aka eating 20-40 carbs a day, and she eats like that for more than 1.5 years. Also her husband too.
Also, I often hear how meat and high fat food makes you fat. This girls eats bacon, cheese, butter and she still has a six pack. How is that? Think about it.
Often haters tell me how I actually don’t have energy because I don’t eat a lot of carbs. Her husband is a professional football player and she works out 6-7 day a week for 2 hours. No energy huh?
My point was: I don’t care if you eat 200 or 500 carbs or if you are a vegetarian or vegan, I support that. But don’t hate on my lifestyle just because it’s different. We might have the different hair color of the different height will you hate on me for that too?
